The Edgenivo Jira Integration allows Edgenivo users to convert feedback from comments on deployments to actionable Jira issues. When leaving comments on Edgenivo deployments you’ll have the option to ‘Convert to Issue’ which will prompt you to create a ticket that will appear in the Jira project that you select. Your comment screenshots and replies will also appear in your ticket.

When setting up the Integration, you will be asked to log into your desired Jira workspace.

Consider using your team's dedicated admin Jira account, if one exists.
