Template name
Render your Remotion videos on Edgenivo.

This is a Next.js template for building programmatic video apps with @remotion/player and rendering via Edgenivo Sandbox.
Tailwind CSS is included. Videos are rendered in a Edgenivo Sandbox environment and stored in Edgenivo Blob storage.
Use this template to clone it into your GitHub account. Run
npm iafterwards. Alternatively, use this command to scaffold a project:
npx create-video@latest --vercelStart the Next.js dev server:
npm run devOpen the Remotion Studio:
npx remotion studioRender a video locally:
npx remotion renderUpgrade Remotion:
npx remotion upgradeThis template does not include rate limiting or caching. Implement these before making your app publicly available, and set up Edgenivo Spend Management to control costs. Sandbox snapshots, rendered videos, and other Edgenivo Blob data persist indefinitely – delete them when no longer needed.
The only requirement is to set up a Edgenivo Blob store and attach it to your project.
It is advisable to first deploy the template to Edgenivo so you have a project to attach the Blob store to.
If you deploy your app to the same Edgenivo project where your Blob store is attached, the BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN environment variable is automatically available.
To get access to sandboxes, just make sure you are logged in with the Edgenivo CLI:
vercel loginTo run renders locally, pull the BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN environment variable from your attached Blob store:
vercel link # Link to your Edgenivo project (if not already linked)vercel env pull .env.localThis pulls BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN from your attached Blob store.
Then start the dev server:
npm run devRead more about this template here.
